With the lessons I have learned during this lifetime. I am grateful that I am capable of giving back. I can support those who are going through a similar journey that I have taken.

Rewarding as it is to help others , it is also draining of one’s energy.

I have found myself these days discombobulated.

Now I am taking the time to re-charge my life force. So that I can keep on giving.

I never knew that the older we get, the more our spiritual guides can speak to us. It is such an amazing revelation that I am discovering.
